D. Dean is responsible for the construction execution of a project in accordance with the contract documents that have been prepared by an architect.

D. Dean works closely with the owner, architect, local government and a large pool of subcontractors to ensure a smooth building delivery that meets the client's timeline, budget and expectations.

Design-Build
D. Dean works with the project owner on the initial design concept and preliminary budget prior to beginning construction.

The design-build approach means tighter schedules, a competitive, cost-efficient building and a fully-informed owner throughout the entire design and construction process.

Construction Management
D. Dean is contracted by the project owner to guide them through the construction process, from advising on design to overseeing the general contractor.

D. Dean provides construction management services either as an agent for the owner where the owner holds all trade contracts or on an at-risk basis where we hold trade contracts and are responsible for guaranteeing performance.
